UPDATE 4 OCT - SOME SUBTLE CHANGES

his week we are making a few minor changes with the Latin Body classes.

They are now running on a slightly different platform (still Facebook) and the cost is now $5.99 a lesson. Therefore, your experience might be a little different.

And make sure you have space at home and you are dressed to do all the exercises. It's about getting fit so make sure you are ready for it.
