 The studio will be opening back up officially this Thursday. Some urgent lessons have been run over the past week or so – wedding lessons and such – but this Thursday is when we will have the group lessons and full schedule running again. See you then for some Lindy Hop and Rock and Roll in the group class at 6:30pm.
You will be contacted by your teacher about your private lessons to ensure you are ready to get back into the swing of things. Please let me know if you have not heard from them within the week. Also, we are now going to get ready for the next awards night. Likely at the end of August. We have a few people who have been ready for an awards night for a while and some who are close. However, after a month off, it’s good to take some time to get back up to speed. Your dance teacher will talk to you in the next lesson about what dance(s) you will do. Just as a reminder, you only pay for the trophy(ies) and the judging. Finally, this Thursday in our weekly online live event, we will be talking about common mistakes made by leads and how to overcome them to be a better lead.
