Update 21 Feb 2022 – quite the social week

First - social dancing this week (we have more than usual)
This Friday night at the club we have live music from Dream Room - https://www.facebook.com/events/454644682992540. You might have been to some of their gigs before. Their music is ideal for R’n’R, Lindy Hop, Blues and Latin (including tango at times). I might be there a little late – I tutor some high school kids on Fridays – but I will be there. It would be good to see you there too.
Then on Sunday we have the Teblettes - www.facebook.com/events/445960290203523. They do a collection of music from the 40s to the 60s that typically lends itself to the swing, blues and rock and roll dances. As I often say, these Sunday events are an excellent way to see the weekend out. I will be there for this one too – and it would be good to see you there.
 
Second – classes changing soon
In the past month we have been focusing more on wedding couples. There has been a glut given lock down. We also made group lessons free. Some have made the most of these and ended up with a number of free lessons that were practically privates. This was due to uncertainty with COVID restrictions. Soon we will be back in the usual swing of things so get ready for that change.
