Online goodies for you

As you know, lockdown keeps on keeping on. But it’s not like the long one of 2020, and there is no point in simply going into hibernation. So we have been working on some online sessions to keep you engaged and keep dance in your mind – we don’t want to lose what you have gained.

In summary we have:

• Mon, Wed and Fri – Latin Body Dance fitness with Gigi. It’s about harnessing the things learned by Latin dancers that will give you a trim body with beautiful tone and attractive natural movement. This will become a regular in studio class when lockdown is over so enjoy these free sessions while you have them.
• Monday at 7:30pm – Men, Motorbikes and Dance by Clint. This is part of the regular weekly Dance Talk sessions we do to help everyone gain more insights into dance. This one is focused on a similarity between riding motorbikes and dancing for leads. Thus, the reference to ‘men’, but anyone will find this useful.
• Tuesday at 6:30pm – Hips with Anita. Anita will show you some of the different hip movements used in different street Latin dances (and maybe some others) so you can make sure you use the right movement for the right dance. Mostly for women, but when men can move their hips well they do find it attracts women so men would want to check this out too.
