In this update:
Wedding dances You can see below a photo from one of our wedding couples. It’s a nice shot so worth sharing. It’s been a while since we have done this, but it is a tradition at Destine Dance that wedding couples perform in front of the students to get practice dancing in front of others for their wedding day. We should have such a couple this Wednesday so get ready to emulate a wedding party.  Awards night
The exact date has not been locked in, but the next awards will be August. As I always say, these are excellent ways to improve. Your teacher will talk to you about it this week and later. Lessons this week Tuesday 6:30pm Advanced: argentine tango and merengue Beginner: argentine tango and salsa Wednesday 7:30pm Advanced: slow foxtrot and jive (East coast swing or 6 beat lindy for some) Beginner: cha cha and waltz Thursday 6:30pm Advanced: blues and West coast swing Beginner: rock and roll and Lindy Hop Westcoast treat Kevin will be teaching west coats this Thursday. He is our west coast specialist and is taking time off what he normally does on a Thursday to teach you. So make sure you’re there if you want to get the low down on this dance.
