Update 19-Aug-2024: Weeks

Hi {!firstname_fix},
 
It's been 3 weeks of the current group class cycle. The lessons this week are:

• Monday 7:30pm Street Latin - Salsa (the classic street Latin dance)
• Tuesday 6:30pm Latin American - Rumba (the most romantic of dances)
• Wednesday 7:30pm Swing and RnR - Blues (the coolest of dances)
• Thursday 6:30pm Ballroom - Quickstep (the swing of ballroom dancing)

I have been asked about kosher meals - I will get something from Glick's or elsewhere similar if needed - so don't let that stop you inviting friends or family. The schedule for the night is:

• Start setup    4:30 PM
• Dancers can arrive    5:00 PM
• Finish setup    5:30 PM
• Guests arrive    6:00 PM
• Start dances    6:15 PM
• Group lesson    7:00 PM
• Dinner and awards    7:30 PM
• Social Dancing    8:00 PM

 
We will also pause the group classes schedule for that week so we can work on other styles if you like. Let me know of any rarer styles you would like to try or even if you would like to stick with what we have been doing.

And it took less than a week for one of the new shoe brushes to go missing. Please check your shoe bag and such to see if it is there. Cleaning the shoes each lesson has been good for the floor so thanks to all who have been helping with that.
